Looking MEP Supervisor – Riyadh Province , Saudi Arabia

Position: MEP Supervisor

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 2500 – 3500 SAR (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams to ensure smooth site operations and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on site.

Monitor the work of technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ensure tasks are completed as per standards.

Plan, schedule, and assign daily work to the MEP team.

Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues promptly.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to support smooth operations.

Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure proper implementation at site.

Prepare daily reports and update progress to management.

Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available for the team.

Maintain safe and clean working environments.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP supervision.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Good leadership and communication skills.

English or Arabic speaking (preferred).

Experience in Saudi Arabia will be an advantage.
