Job Description

The Role of the Marketing and PR Coordinator

The expectation of this role is to support and enhance the hotel marketing and communications efforts by coordinating influencer and media visits, overseeing marketing materials and digital content, and assisting with activations and events. The role also involves content planning and social media execution, coordinating photo and video shoots, and handling administrative tasks such as purchase orders and expense tracking. Overall, the role is expected to ensure brand consistency, drive visibility, foster positive relationships with media and influencers, and contribute to a seamless and engaging guest experience across all touchpoints.

To excel in this position, strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple priorities, coordinate events and media visits, and ensure timely execution of marketing and communications activities. Being dynamic and adaptable is equally important, as the role requires flexibility to respond to changing schedules, evolving business needs, and new opportunities to enhance the hotel’s brand presence and guest experience. Combining organization with a proactive, energetic approach ensures efficiency, creativity, and effective collaboration across teams and external partners.

Knowledge and Skills

This position is for local’s only.
Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
Fluent in English with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including creating compelling and engaging presentations.
Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral
Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors
Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world
Experience with photoshoots and video creation
Experience arranging media and influencers stays and visits.
Attention to detail and organization.
Attend internal meetings for Food & Beverage, Catering, Spa, and Rooms and will be actively involved in maintaining communication and promotional calendars for each department.
Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment.
Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Impacts
