Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Crusher Supervisor with a strong background in earthworks to oversee the operation and maintenance of crushing equipment at our project site. The ideal candidate should be able to manage daily production, ensure equipment efficiency, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the operation of the crusher plant.

Oversee crushing operations, including feeding, crushing, and stockpiling of materials.

Ensure smooth functioning of all machinery and minimal downtime.

Monitor material quality and ensure specifications are met for earthworks.

Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to ensure timely supply of crushed material.

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on crushing equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

Manage and train the crusher team/workforce effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crusher Supervisor, preferably in earthworks or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of crusher operations, equipment handling, and maintenance.

Experience working in large-scale excavation or roadwork projects.

Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Good understanding of health and safety standards in construction and mining environments.

Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor and site-based conditions.
