We are looking for an experienced and skilled Woodworking Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our joinery and woodworking production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, quality production, and efficient use of resources while maintaining safety and productivity standards. The role involves managing factory staff, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of all woodworks and joinery items for interior and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day production activities in the woodworking/joinery factory.

Plan, organize, and control production schedules according to project deadlines.

Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs are accurately executed.

Monitor fabrication of doors, cabinets, wall cladding, furniture, and other wooden elements.

Inspect work quality, material usage, and finishing standards to ensure high-quality output.

Manage and train carpenters, machine operators, and helpers to maintain performance and safety.

Ensure proper maintenance and operation of woodworking machinery and tools.

Control material inventory, monitor wastage, and ensure efficient resource use.

Enforce factory safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Prepare daily production reports and submit updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Woodworking, Carpentry, or Production Management.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a woodworking or joinery factory, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of joinery production, material types (MDF, veneer, solid wood, laminate, etc.), and furniture fabrication techniques.

Familiarity with woodworking machinery, CNC operation, and finishing processes.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical details.

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in fit-out or interior woodworking projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality).

Knowledge of Saudi market materials and suppliers.

Experience in custom furniture production and installation coordination.
