Manager

We are representing a global hospitality leader renowned for excellence, in their search for a Manager – KSA (Hotel Learning) to strengthen and elevate their operations.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will design, develop, and manage performance-enhancing training programs and tools across Brands, Hotel Operations, and Leadership Development. You’ll ensure best practices are integrated into all learning materials and manage relationships with external vendors for content production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement innovative training programs (Instructor-led, E-learning, Virtual, Mobile, Gamification, Video, etc.)
• Develop and maintain comprehensive participant and leader materials aligned with regional needs.
• Identify and explore new learning delivery methods to enhance engagement and performance.
• Manage content development and performance consulting across multiple regions.

Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
💼 Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and performance consulting, with proven success in developing training content for complex systems.
